...and I'm a media addict.
They say the first step to conquering an addiction is to admit that you have one. I do. I miss my media. My mom's house is so low tech. I was watching School of Rock and wanted to find out some info about the movie. If I were back home in New England I'd just reach over and turn the laptop on. But here in NY the slow as molasses computer is in another room far from the lone DVD player. Not that I live in a palace out in New England, it's just that we have consolidated most of the good media stuff to one room. Far easier for multi-task loving ADDers like myself.
Random thought- Jack Black is an incredibly cool Jew.

Thanks for posting at my blog. I'm glad to see you found Mirty--she's pretty cool. I like her a lot.
The dog is 8 years old. Watch this: when I turn off the TV after dinner, he'll jump up thinking it's time for a w-a-l-k. (click) Did you see it? Sure enough he's all excited now. Guess I better take him out.
Jack Black is cool, I was watchinG Anchorman (multiple times)recently, and I was surprised to see him in such a small part. But it was a funny scene
Yeah, we have consolidated too. The cool thing is that we have all of our stuff in really nice looking furniture that closes up so if we have guests it just looks like a sitting room/library- no technology visible.
